Do you want to be part of developing our staffing pool project? Our mission is to provide staff coverage for both acute and planned absences in preschools.
Your new job
We are looking for you who are a childcare worker or have an interest in working in a preschool pool, have a driver's license and access to your own car, and see a great challenge in a flexible way of working.
You should be confident in your professional role, actively want to develop your role, and be able to work both independently and in a group.
10 positions at 100%, or more if part-time is desired.
Fixed-term employment until June 30th with the possibility of extension.
Positions with daytime hours 80-100% Monday - Friday.
Common tasks
Replace permanent staff in preschools during absences or increased need. Promote the children's development and participate in teaching, as well as help, guide, and support in daily situations. Lead and participate in various activities. Responsible for collaborating with other staff.
You will have your placement in a geographical area but can be booked at all the department's preschools if needed.
Qualifications
Childcare education or experience working in preschool. You should have experience in the profession and be confident in your professional role. You should have good teamwork skills, be able to work independently, be flexible, have the ability to meet new situations and people in a good way, and have a high sense of responsibility. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability. Driver's license and access to a car are required.
Salary according to current agreement, salary supplement for those working in rural areas.
