The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the approved budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Responsibilities
- Client contact
- Calculate and compile quotations and ensure approval
- Follow up and monitor ongoing projects
- Prepare and draw up contracts
- Ensure that projects have everything required for completion – including items that are not normally part of our standard tasks
- Be responsible for marketing and advertising
- Assist with internal projects and other office work
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities
- Prospecting and building relationships with potential customers
- Contribute to keeping the company's brand and PR positive
- Monitor project deliverables
- Update relevant stakeholders or team members on project progress
Qualifications
- Experience in project management
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Strong oral, written, and organizational skills
