Do you want to work in an international environment where you can combine practical accounting work with process and system development? Resinex AB, part of the global Ravago Group, is now seeking a driven and self-reliant AP Accountant to support and contribute to the development of the finance department within our Nordic companies.

As an AP Accountant at Resinex AB, you will become an important member of the Nordic finance team, working closely with colleagues within the Ravago Group, including stakeholders in the UK. The role offers a varied combination of operational accounting tasks and development-oriented assignments within an international organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable, including processing intercompany invoices between group companies
• Prepare and execute payments (suppliers, taxes, etc.) and perform bank reconciliations
• Post, reconcile, and maintain general ledger transactions according to set deadlines
• Work with various business systems and databases
• Support the management of intercompany loans between several companies within the group
• Assist the existing finance team with monthly reporting when needed
• Participate in finance projects, including the implementation of an invoice scanning system planned for autumn 2026
• Actively contribute to the improvement and development of financial processes and routines
• Maintain regular contact with international colleagues within the Ravago Group

You are structured, solution-oriented, and enjoy taking responsibility for your work. You thrive working independently but also collaborate effectively with colleagues in an international environment.

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in accounting, preferably in an international environment
• Strong Excel skills and experience with account reconciliations
• Good system proficiency and experience with financial and business systems
• Interest in process improvement and digitalization
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken

Practical Information

• Scope: Part-time
• Location: On-site, approximately 3 days per week
• Intensive periods: Increased workload during month-end closing as well as during holidays and absences
