About the Role

As a Site Manager, you have overall responsibility for our distribution in Jönköping and surrounding areas. Through present and supportive leadership, you create the conditions for quality, efficiency, and work environment to maintain a high standard. Your organization is the heart of our operations, and you ensure that daily operations run smoothly and safely for all employees.

Your Main Areas of Responsibility: Instead of carrying the entire responsibility alone, your role is built on close collaboration with Bonway's support functions. Your focus will be on:

• Daily Management and Operations: Plan, lead, and follow up on operations in the distribution area with clear personnel and quality responsibility.
• Work Environment and Safety: Drive the systematic work environment work according to delegation and ensure that we comply with Bonway's environmental and quality requirements.
• Goals and Follow-up: Work with continuous improvement and efficiency optimization based on set goals and budget, as well as follow up on relevant KPIs.
• Communication and Relationships: Maintain a good, continuous dialogue with your employees, handle incident reporting, and lead collaboration with trade unions.

You are a secure leader who does not shy away from handling challenging situations, but drives constructive dialogues and difficult conversations forward with respect and clarity.

To thrive and succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• Relevant degree from university/college, or equivalent knowledge acquired through experience in similar positions.
• Substantial leadership experience and knowledge of distribution.
• A strong ability to see the connection between cause and effect, which allows you to drive our processes forward in a decisive manner towards set goals.
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, which is a requirement to ensure that employees with different language backgrounds have equal conditions for a safe work environment.
• Good computer skills, especially in G-suite.
• Class B driver's license.

About the Employment and Working Hours The position is a permanent full-time job starting with a 6-month probationary period. Since the role is based on secure and present leadership, your work is primarily based at the workplace, but we offer some flexibility for remote work when operations allow. Your regular working hours are during the day; however, since your employees' main work is performed during the night and early morning, you are expected to have the flexibility to be present during parts of these times if needed to follow up on operations and be there for your team.
