We are seeking a meticulous and service-oriented car painter for a client in Enköping. In this role, you will work within the workshop team, responsible for paint preparation, color application, and finishing to ensure high quality and customer satisfaction. You will be part of a team where collaboration and clear communication are essential for efficient processes and short turnaround times.

• Prepare surfaces through sanding, masking, and cleaning prior to painting

• Mix and apply paint according to work orders and applicable color charts

• Work in the spray booth and utilize equipment for wet and dry processes

• Perform fine sanding and polishing to meet customer and quality requirements

• Document work progress in the workshop system and report deviations

• Collaborate with paint technicians, body shop staff, and service advisors for efficient workflow

• Adhere to safety procedures and environmental regulations, handling chemicals correctly

We are looking for someone who is structured, quality-conscious, and has a genuine interest in painting and vehicle repair. You thrive in a practical work environment and can work both independently and as part of a team. The role requires attention to detail and experience in following work instructions and safety protocols.

• Experience in car painting or equivalent professional experience is required

• Knowledge of color mixing and use of spray equipment

• Good understanding of quality requirements and finishing techniques

• Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written

• Class B driver's license is required

• Education in paint technology or certifications in the field are an asset
