WeStaff Sweden is now looking for a meticulous and tech-savvy electronics assembler for an exciting consulting assignment with our client in Uppsala. Here you will have the opportunity to work practically with advanced technical products in a modern production environment where quality and precision are at the center.

This is a part-time assignment of 2–3 days per week (7–16), which makes the role particularly interesting for you who, for example, are studying, have recently finished high school, or want to combine work with other activities. This is a 6-month consulting assignment with good chances of extension. You will be employed by WeStaff Sweden but work on-site at the client's premises.

Your future responsibilities:

As an electronics assembler, you will work with the assembly, testing, and quality assurance of electronic systems and components. Among other things, you will:

• Assemble components according to drawings, instructions, and electrical schematics
• Cable assembly, soldering, and mechanical assembly of technical systems
• Testing and simple troubleshooting of products
• Simple repairs and adjustments
• Documentation in digital systems
• Participation in improvement work in production

You will become part of a technical team with good cohesion where people help each other, share knowledge, and have a common focus on quality.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are meticulous, responsible, and have a great interest in technology. You thrive in a practical role where precision is important and where you work together with others in a team. You might, for example, have education or experience in electricity, electronics, or production.

We are looking for you who have:

• High school diploma, preferably with a technical or electrical focus
• Interest in technology, electricity, or mechanics
• Ability to read simple drawings or instructions
• Good familiarity with hand tools
• Swedish and English in speech and writing
• Basic computer skills

Meritorious:

• Previous experience in assembly, workshop, or production
• Knowledge in electricity, mechanics, plumbing, or similar practical work
• Forklift license A & B
• Overhead crane license
