Your Responsibilities

We are currently looking for two diligent and engaged grinders for our client's operations. In this role, you will work with grinding and post-processing of parts and products to ensure high quality before the next step in production. You are responsible for processing and preparing materials, as well as checking that products meet the company's quality requirements. The work is carried out in close collaboration with other departments and requires attention to detail, a quality mindset, and a sense of responsibility. The positions are scheduled during daytime hours. Examples of tasks:

• Grinding and post-processing of parts and products
• Inspection and quality control of processed products
• Preparation of materials for further production
• Handling and moving goods with a cart or forklift (forklift license is an advantage)
• Daily maintenance and upkeep of the workplace and equipment
• Collaboration with other departments to ensure an efficient production flow

The work is physically demanding and heavy lifting may occur. We are looking for someone who is meticulous, has a strong work ethic, and enjoys practical work in a production environment.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have experience in workshop work or industrial production, preferably with previous experience in grinding or similar post-processing work. You are accustomed to working practically and understand the importance of quality and precision in every step. As a person, you are meticulous, quality-conscious, and responsible. You work in a structured manner, enjoy taking personal responsibility, and have the ability to plan and carry out your tasks efficiently. The role requires a high focus on precision, and you must be able to deliver professional results even when the pace is fast or tasks vary. You are a stable and reliable employee who appreciates collaboration with colleagues while also being able to work independently. For this position, you need to have good knowledge of Swedish or English, both spoken and written, to understand and follow safety regulations, instructions, and work routines.
