Zetterbergs Industries is looking for a Press Brake Operator in Östervåla

Zetterbergs Industries is currently seeking a press brake operator for its manufacturing division in Östervåla, just outside Uppsala. Do you have experience with press brakes or sheet metal and metalworking, and would you like to develop your career in a family-oriented production environment? This could be the role for you.

As a press brake operator at Zetterbergs Industries, you will be part of the manufacturing division and work together with your colleagues on daily operations. Your main responsibility is to ensure high quality in production and that products meet customer specifications. The work is varied, involving both standardized and customer-specific builds.

About the role

In production, modern press braking is combined with manual tasks to ensure the highest quality in every detail. We are now looking for a skilled press brake operator with experience in sheet metal or metalworking, preferably from the workshop or manufacturing industry. Experience working with similar machines, such as presses, punching machines, or CNC machines, is a plus.

Your main responsibilities

In this role, you will set up, program, and operate press brakes. You are responsible for ensuring that bent parts meet the correct dimensions and quality requirements. You play a key role in production, contributing to an efficient workflow and continuous improvements in methods and processes.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience with press brakes or sheet metalworking
• Has technical understanding and experience with machine work
• Can read and interpret drawings
• Has knowledge of measuring tools and quality control
• Is proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written
