Your new role

• In this role, you are close to the operations and are responsible for ensuring our analyses are carried out safely, efficiently, and with high quality – in line with our standards and regulatory requirements.
• You lead the daily work, plan analysis flows, and create the conditions for the team to succeed, while remaining actively involved in the lab yourself.
• You work continuously on improvements, drive deviation investigations, and contribute to developing working methods, procedures, and our products.
• A key part of the role is also to ensure and further develop our accreditation according to ISO 17025.
• You coach and support colleagues in their daily work and contribute to a strong, competent, and sustainable work group.
• After training, you will take on the role of "Complex Flam-Ox Recipe Writer", responsible for correct gas mixture recipes containing flammable and oxidizing components.

Who are you?

• We are looking for you who have a university degree in chemistry, or equivalent experience, and a good understanding of laboratory operations, analysis processes, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.
• You have experience leading or coordinating work and thrive in an operational role where you combine practical laboratory work with planning and prioritization.
• You work in a structured manner and can handle multiple parallel tasks, even in an environment with varying workload.
• You have a strong focus on quality, safety, and compliance, and understand the importance of accreditation requirements.
• You are solution-oriented and driven by developing working methods, efficiency, and technical solutions.
• You are a team player who collaborates well with others, while also engaging in supporting, coaching, and developing your colleagues.
• You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.
