Zetterbergs Industries is looking for a Robotic Welder in Östervåla

Zetterbergs Industries is currently seeking a skilled robotic welder for their manufacturing division in Östervåla, just outside Uppsala. As a welder at Zetterbergs Industries, you will be part of the manufacturing division and work together with your colleagues on daily operations. You are responsible for ensuring that production maintains high quality and that products meet customer expectations. The work is varied, involving both standardized and customer-specific constructions.

About the Role

In production, advanced robot-controlled welding is combined with manual tasks to ensure the highest quality in every detail. We are now looking for an experienced robotic welder for the welding department – someone who has experience working with and optimizing welding robots, and who wants to contribute to the development of our production of top-class truck superstructures.

In this role, you will program, set up, and monitor welding robots, ensuring that welding results meet the required quality standards. You will play a key role in streamlining production and continuously improving methods and processes. Here, you will have the opportunity to work with world-class products under a well-known brand. Main Responsibilities

In the role of robotic welder at Zetterbergs, you will primarily focus on controlling, monitoring, and optimizing welding robots in production. You will use your welding experience to ensure that the robots are correctly set up and deliver high-quality welds.

Your tasks include programming and adjusting robotic welders, as well as quality control and post-processing when necessary. Although the work is largely automated, your knowledge of welding methods such as MIG/MAG, TIG, and welding in various materials like steel, aluminum, and stainless steel is crucial for adjusting and improving processes.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who is:

• Trained as a welder
• Experienced with various welding methods
• Able to read technical drawings
• Fluent in Swedish
