We are looking for a CNC operator to join our production team in Bålsta, working with woodworking in a modern workshop equipped with machines from Felder.

About the role
Your main responsibility is to operate our CNC machines, edge banding machine, and saw in daily production. You will set up, program, and monitor the machines, interpret drawings and production documentation, and ensure that the finished product meets the required quality and dimensions. You will work closely with the production manager and your colleagues in the workshop to maintain a steady flow and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities
Operating and setting up CNC machines, edge banding machines, and panel saws (Felder). Interpreting drawings and production documentation. Material handling, fixturing, and tool changes. Quality control against tolerance requirements. Routine inspection, cleaning, and basic maintenance of the machines. Contributing to an efficient production flow and continuous improvement.

We are looking for someone with
Experience in CNC machining, preferably within wood or furniture manufacturing — experience with Felder machines is a plus. Familiarity with edge banding machines and panel saws. Solid skills in reading drawings and understanding production documentation. Technical interest, attention to detail, and good problem-solving skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Swedish, spoken and written. A driver's license (category B) is a plus.
