About the Role

Here you will take on a broad and key role in an engaged Nordic specialist team. You will work with the Swedish market and, together with two colleagues, be responsible for technical support and competence development for our approximately 50 dealers nationwide. Support is provided via case management systems, phone, email, and through on-site visits. The role also includes training service technicians and workshop staff for our various car brands and models, with a special focus on new technology and electrified vehicles.

This is a role with many contact points. In addition to your immediate team and other departments at the Uppsala office, you will collaborate closely with dealers, suppliers, and colleagues across the Nordics.

About You

We are looking for you with good technical understanding and experience from the automotive industry, for example as a technician, in technical support, or similar. If you also have experience with electric vehicles or high-voltage training, this is an advantage, as is previous experience in a role involving support and administration. You have good computer and system skills, knowledge of the Office suite, and see the value of digital tools. You are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of other Nordic languages is a merit. A valid B-driver's license is required for the position.

Other Information

The position is full-time, permanent, with an initial six-month probationary period. Employment date by agreement.

You will be based at our nice office premises on Kastgatan in Uppsala. Some travel to dealers is included in the role.
