Your Responsibilities

Do you enjoy working in industry, or are you curious about what it is like to work in a production environment? Would a full-time position where you work in 5-shifts suit you? Then the Operator position at Munters might be for you!

As a machine operator at Munters, you work with controlling and monitoring machines that manufacture blocks for dehumidification systems. You work primarily with automated machines and chemical processes, but also perform simpler maintenance tasks. You often work against a set deadline, which places demands on efficiency and structure. You are part of a shift team with several people, where you work together towards set goals and support each other in the work.

Working Hours: 5-shift system.

Your Profile

In this role, curiosity and engagement will take you far. We are looking for a true team player who is driven by achieving set goals together with colleagues. You should also have the ability to remain calm in stressful situations, and you work carefully and systematically to maintain high quality in your work. We would appreciate it if you had previous experience from industry as an operator, or if you have worked practically and have a technical interest. You communicate well in Swedish.
