Job Responsibilities

At MF Production, we work with small-scale production in cutting machining, which makes your role as a CNC Operator varied and versatile. If you are experienced and confident in your skills, you will have ample space to make your own decisions to solve complex tasks. You will be involved in the entire manufacturing process by programming, selecting tools, preparing, setting up, and adapting machines, as well as carrying out the manufacturing.

We have a modern machine park and work in the CAD/CAM system Mastercam and the business system Monitor. Examples of machines where work may be relevant include: Nakamura JX200, Mazak Integrex, Yasda PX30i, Hermle C400, and various round/flat grinding machines.

About You

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in CNC machining. If you have post-secondary education in CNC, toolmaking education, or other relevant education acquired through work, we view this as meritorious. You are a proficient computer user and have good knowledge of Swedish. Knowledge of English is a plus. Experience with turning and/or milling is meritorious; experience with other types of CNC machining or workshop work may also be relevant. If you have experience with CAD/CAM and can produce advanced parts from drawing to finished product, this is highly meritorious. Swedish citizenship is a requirement for the position.

We believe you are a driven person with a strong desire to grow and develop in your role. You are a problem solver who gladly takes initiative to simplify working methods and processes. You are happy to share your knowledge with your colleagues and are humble towards others' ideas.

Other Information

The position is full-time and preferably in two shifts. Daytime work may be relevant. If you work two shifts, the times are 06:00–14:00 or 14:00–23:00. Evening shift means Friday off.
