Job Description

You will lead the electrical assembly section where you together work to ensure operational safety, planning, and optimization of the section's production. The section is responsible for assembling among other things electrical power components, switchgear, transformers, and inverters in our technical houses and modular buildings. You will lead a group with both own and hired staff, and you have a key role in motivating and developing employees within the section.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead, distribute, and optimize work within the electrical assembly section
• Be responsible for and stay updated on the weekly planning of the section's production flow
• Work to ensure installations are performed according to schedule and documentation meets current requirements
• Collaborate with the production manager and project manager to ensure the right staffing is in place, including hired electricians
• Be responsible for final inspections within the section's area
• Ensure that the section's operations maintain good order and discipline

Education and Qualifications

We are looking for you who have good knowledge and many years of experience within the electrical installation industry, perhaps you have worked as a leading technician, project manager, or similar. Fundamentally, you have either electrical education at least at the upper secondary level or equivalent electrical competence acquired through work experience. We would like you to have several years of experience in a similar role within production/assembly/electrical. It is meritorious if you have some level of electrical authorization. You must master the Swedish and English languages well in speech and writing and have good computer skills.

Your personal qualities are important as we place high demands on cooperation and your ability to be responsive within the organization. You are a humble problem solver with a positive attitude and an interest in developing both yourself and your team. Furthermore, you need to be flexible to handle constant changes in the flow and you communicate easily.

Requirements
