Job Description
The assignment includes the following tasks:

• Handle Incidents & Problems: Analyze and solve problems and incidents, and assist in creating instructions for e.g., incident management. This is done in close collaboration with the 24/7 system monitoring function within the same unit.
• Specialist: Act as a specialist and be the primary contact for system-specific questions, as well as providing general support and assistance to other systems, operations, and external parties.
• Implement Changes: Manage orders according to current processes and implement changes in the systems in accordance with Svenska kraftnät's IT change process. Maintain and perform necessary upgrades.
• Requirements Specification: Assist with technical requirement specification and development of new technical solution proposals, as well as assist with technical requirement specification and development of technical solution proposals for new or further development of systems and/or IT services.
• Testing: Contribute to various tests, e.g., functional tests during troubleshooting, or further development of systems, applications, and IT services.
• Documentation: Work together with the team to ensure good management documentation such as network diagrams, system documentation, and operating routines.
• IT Security: Work on issues regarding IT security to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability, according to requirements from the IT security department at the Data Management Administration's IT service delivery.

Essential Requirements:
1. At least one of the following certifications: CCNA, CCNP, CCIE.
2. At least 2 years of work experience, within the last 5 years, as a network technician, working in a medium to large network environment with at least 5,000 users and at least 10 sites.
3. At least 2 years of work experience in high availability environments.
4. Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing.

Desirable Qualifications:
1. At least 2 of the following certifications: CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, or similar.
2. At least 2 years of experience with network automation (Ansible, Python, Catalystcenter, or equivalent tools).
3. At least 1 year of practical experience with lifecycle management of central infrastructure.
4. At least 1 year of experience working with systems for protected or security-classified information.
