Now is your chance to work part-time with our client in Helsingborg if you are a student with an interest in quality and pharmaceuticals. We are currently looking for a lab technician for the Quality Control Labs department.
About the position
This is a consultancy assignment; you will be employed by Academic Work and work part-time as a consultant at the Quality Control department for our client. You will receive a thorough introduction and training on the company, its products, and your specific role. There are good opportunities to work long-term on this part-time assignment, as well as potential opportunities for a thesis project and employment after graduation.

At QC, we work to ensure product quality using various analytical techniques. The group's main task is to perform routine analysis on finished goods, packaging samples, raw materials, and microbiological tests to ensure product quality.
Responsibilities
The work involves supporting the laboratory as needed, primarily with a focus on wet chemistry. The following tasks may occur in the role:
- Wet chemical analyses and chemical sample preparation.
- ID testing of raw materials and products using FTIR.
- Quality control of packaging materials.
- Microbiological sampling.
- Result registration and sample management in LIMS.
We are looking for you who
- Are a student in fields such as biomedical science, chemical engineering, biotechnology, medical technology, or similar.
- Are a student with at least 2 years of studies remaining.
- Have a strong interest in pharmaceuticals and quality work.
- Have good knowledge of the Swedish language, as it is used orally and in writing in daily communication.
- Have the possibility to work 2–4 shifts per month during the semesters. This may increase during the summer and major holidays/vacations.
It is an advantage if you:
- Have practical work experience of laboratory work, such as pipetting, weighing, pH measurement, preparation of solutions and mobile phase.
- Have knowledge in microbiology.
