About the Role

In the role of Technical Support, you will be an important part of the company and team, primarily working with digital solutions for industries such as mining and construction. You will interact daily with internal and external contacts, making you a key figure in building customer trust.

This is a consulting assignment where you will be employed by Academic Work, with good prospects for permanent recruitment in the long run.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions for system problems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
  • Assist customers in installing applications and programs.

We are looking for someone who

  • Has work experience as technical support, desktop support, IT help desk, or similar.
  • Has a good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other technical products.
  • Speaks fluent English.
  • Has experience with Linux systems and Windows.
  • Hold a valid driver's license (Class B).
  • Can work independently and in a team.

It is an advantage if you have

  • A bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or another relevant field.
  • Networking experience (Wifi, LAN).
  • Experience with databases (MariaDB, MongoDB).
  • Experience with Cluster Management.
  • Experience with Consul, Vault, Nomad.
  • Experience with TLS Certificates.
