Job Description Do you want to work in sales that makes a real difference in people's daily lives? As an insurance advisor at If, you help our customers feel secure in big and small life decisions, from buying a car and moving home to dream vacations and daily planning.
In this role, you work proactively with sales and advisory services for private customers. You contact new customers via phone to book digital advisory meetings, map their needs, and offer the right insurance solutions. You work with If's entire product range, including home, car, and personal insurance.
Your introduction starts with a three-week training program where you will learn If's products, systems, sales techniques, and working methods. Through continuous coaching, you will receive support to grow in the role and develop as a salesperson.
The position is a permanent full-time job with a six-month probation period. Working hours are Monday to Thursday 10:00-18:00 and Fridays 09:45-14:00.
Qualifications and Traits To succeed as a sales-oriented insurance advisor, you need to enjoy working at a fast pace, value learning and development, and be motivated by working towards clear goals. You are confident in making contact, handling objections, and guiding the customer towards well-founded decisions.
You take ownership of your tasks and see every customer meeting as an opportunity to create value, both for the customer and the business. At the same time, you are a team player who contributes to a positive and open team culture.
We are looking for someone who has:
Completed high school education or equivalent experience
Meritorious experience of sales in a service environment
Very good Swedish in speech and writing
Good knowledge of English
Confidence in working with computer and phone as primary tools
The role is covered by the Insurance Distribution Act. Final candidates will therefore undergo a background check before employment can become actual.
