We are currently seeking an HR Generalist for a client in the technology sector based in Jönköping. This is a broad and important role for someone who thrives close to the business and wants to help develop both people and processes in an organization that truly invests in its HR work.
About the role
As an HR Generalist, you will have a central and varied role where you support managers and employees in all aspects of operational HR work. You will become an important part of the HR function and have the opportunity to contribute structure, quality, and engagement to the daily work.
Your main responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Drive the entire recruitment process – from job profiles and advertising to selection, interviews, and references.
- Manage onboarding programs and ensure new employees get a great start.
Personnel Administration & HR Processes
- Handle employment contracts, terminations, and other personnel-related documents.
- Ensure order and quality in HR systems and personnel registers.
- Participate in and drive various HR-related projects.
Employment Law & Policy Work
- Support managers on employment law issues and ensure that laws, agreements, and internal guidelines are followed.
- Contribute to the development and updating of policies and procedures.
Competence Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate internal and external training initiatives.
- Support managers in development conversations and work with career and competence planning.
Work Environment & Well-being
- Contribute to the work environment efforts and be part of rehabilitation processes.
- Drive initiatives that strengthen engagement, well-being, and culture.
We are looking for someone who..
- Has a relevant university degree in HR/Human Resources or similar.
- Has 2–5 years of experience in broad and operational HR work.
- Has good knowledge of employment law and collective agreements.
- Thrives in a role with significant personal responsibility, is structured, and has an easy way of building trust.
- Communicates fluently in both Swedish and English.
