At B3 Visab Consulting, we work closely with some of Sweden's most critical societal actors within banking and insurance. Our assignments are complex, long-term – and truly exciting. We are an experienced team of consultants combining business acumen with technical expertise, and we are now looking for more colleagues who want to contribute their skills in an environment where collaboration, quality, and security are paramount.

Currently, we are looking for:

• Comfortable translating needs into requirements and working closely with both developers and business stakeholders.

• At least 3 years of experience as a requirements analyst or business analyst.

• At least 2 years within banking and/or insurance.

• At least 3 years of experience in an agile leadership role (e.g., product owner, epic owner, RTE, or scrum master) or as a project manager.

• Communicative with strong leadership qualities.

• At least 2 years within banking and/or insurance.

• At least 4 years of experience in solution architecture.

• Strong technical breadth and accustomed to taking overall responsibility.

• At least 2 years within banking and/or insurance.

• At least 3 years of experience in the role of enterprise architect.

• Accustomed to driving change and developing strategic architecture solutions.

• At least 2 years within banking and/or insurance.

• Competence development, certifications, and support on your consulting journey.

• A culture where we support each other, share knowledge, and have a close connection to both laughter and development.

• A strong focus on health and balance through Team B3.
