We are currently looking for a Customer Coordinator on an hourly basis as needed for our clinic in Malmö. At the clinic, we specialize in refractive surgery and eye care.

Responsibilities

In this role, your daily work will primarily consist of welcoming all customers who visit the clinic according to their needs. You should enjoy a fast-paced environment, work towards set goals, and juggle multiple tasks with varying responsibilities. You will be responsible for assisting our customers with decisions and planning regarding surgery. In addition to customer service and sales, the role includes administrative tasks, such as:

• Registering customers at the reception
• Optimizing booking workflows
• Handling referrals
• Preparing customers for consultation visits or surgery
• Managing incoming and outgoing phone calls

Who You Are

In this role, you should find it easy to build trust and create a sense of security for the customer by being helpful in the best possible way. You should have previous experience with similar tasks. Experience in vision correction services or eye care is a merit, and we prefer candidates who are enrolled nurses.

Employment: Hourly position as needed
