Are you an independent and results-oriented individual looking to run your own business? As a sales representative for Villa Takrenovering, you will become a sole proprietor responsible for your own district, where you plan and execute both customer activities and sales, supported by a proven concept and professional coaching.

About the Role

The role involves responsibility for an assigned district in Örebro County. You will plan and execute customer acquisition activities, such as door-to-door sales, customer visits, flyer distribution, and signage, as well as managing incoming leads.

You play a central role in ensuring that sales and customer acquisition activities are handled with a high level of service, guiding customers safely through the ordering process. The work also includes reporting on completed activities and results, as well as following up on quality and customer cases.

Working hours are 40 hours per week, but customer visits and sales activities also occur in the evenings and on weekends. You will independently plan your workday, prioritize tasks, and ensure that all customer activities are carried out according to goals and plans.

The introduction includes sales training, product training, company culture, and support with financial management and administration.
