As a data consultant, you will work on tasks tailored to your focus, competence, and experience, such as:

Data Science: Analysis, statistics, machine learning, and modeling. You turn data into insights and decision support.

Data Engineering: Data platforms, pipelines, databases, and data flows. You build the infrastructure that makes data available and reliable.

Regardless of your focus, the role includes work on quality assurance, automation, and data structuring.

We are looking for someone with experience who wants to further develop within data and technology, enjoys working in a structured and analytical way, and wishes to grow in an environment where neurodiversity is seen as a strength.

To be considered for this role, you need to:

• Have education and/or practical experience in data science, data engineering, system development, or similar
• Have good programming skills, e.g., Python
• Have good knowledge of SQL or similar database query languages
• Have an interest in working structurally with data, analysis, or technical data solutions
• Have knowledge of cloud solutions
• Want to work as a consultant
• Have a diagnosis within the autism spectrum
• Be proficient in Swedish and English

• Higher education in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics)
• Work experience in data engineering or data science
• Experience with tools such as Databricks, Snowflake, and dbt
• Domain knowledge in banking, finance, insurance, or energy
