About the Role

In this role, you will drive the business with the customer and ensure that deliveries maintain the correct quality and service level. You will work both operationally and commercially, using KPIs and SLAs as a foundation to develop the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing customer relationships and serving as the primary point of contact

• Ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term development

• Driving continuous improvements, both operationally and commercially

• Handling commercial issues such as claims, volume changes, and price adjustments

• Leading and coordinating internal collaborations to ensure delivery according to customer promises

• Ensuring SOPs and SLAs are up to date and complied with

• Driving customer dialogue, including Business Reviews

• Acting decisively and creating clarity in priorities when needed

About You

You are a business-driven and operationally strong profile who thrives at the intersection of customer, business, and delivery. You are hands-on, solution-oriented, and experienced in continuous improvement.

Experience with industrial flows, such as paper or steel, and working in a matrix organization is an asset.

Requirements for the Role

• Experience in customer-facing and business-oriented roles within logistics or industrial flows

• Familiarity with strategic and operational processes in a matrix organization

• Hands-on, solution-oriented, and experienced in continuous improvements

• Business-driven with an understanding of profitability and customer value

• Self-reliant, proactive, and confident in decision-making

• Very good Swedish and English
