What does the job as a personal assistant entail?

As a personal assistant, you work with a person with a functional variation. You help with daily tasks that many take for granted, such as dressing, taking care of the home, personal hygiene, and participating in leisure activities. You make a big difference and help another person's daily life function.

We have clients of various ages and with different functional variations. Your workplace is where the client is located, and the job is both varied and eventful. We believe that contributing every day to a person living their life as they wish is the most important job in the world.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is engaged, respectful, and attentive. We appreciate patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally. Regardless of your age, life situation, or background, you could be the assistant we are looking for.

Currently, we are looking for temporary staff for the summer with the possibility of continuing as a temporary employee after the summer.

We would like you to:

• have a genuine interest in helping others.

• be able to understand and make yourself understood in Swedish.

• be able to work flexible hours - day, evening, weekend, and 24-hour shifts. Some of our services also require the ability to work nights.

• have experience in care and welfare. (This is a plus, but not a requirement).
