Your Responsibilities

You will be part of the production department, the heart of Responda. Here, our employees work to ensure that our customers' calls are answered on time with a high level of service, quality, and efficiency.

You will handle incoming calls for various companies, listening attentively to the caller to identify the nature of the inquiry. You will then handle the matter by transferring to the right department, taking a message, or providing relevant information.

You are a positive, cheerful, and engaged individual. You bring a good atmosphere to the workplace while maintaining calmness and professionalism in stressful situations.

You are passionate about service, working with people, and helping others. You view problems as exciting challenges rather than obstacles.

You are comfortable using a computer as a tool. As the company's voice to the outside world, you are a skilled communicator and enjoy working with repetitive tasks.

Good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as well as high IT proficiency, are required. Experience from a call center is highly advantageous.

Our Offer

The position begins with a two-week introduction. During this period, you will learn our switchboard system and how to handle callers in various situations.

Our modern office is located in central Eskilstuna.

Requirements

• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

• Good knowledge of English

• Computer literate

• Completed upper secondary education

Employment Type and Start Date

The role primarily involves work on weekdays between 07:00 and 18:00. With interest, there is an opportunity for further training to work evenings until 23:00 and on weekends.

We have several positions available for both summer temporary roles and casual employment.

Salary and start date according to collective agreement.
