We are now hiring a Shift Leader

Do you want to take the next step in your career and work in a dynamic production environment where safety, quality, and people are at the forefront? We are looking for an engaged Shift Leader who wants to lead production during their shift and ensure stable operations, structure, and a good working environment.

As a Shift Leader, you have overall responsibility for production, staffing, and safety during your shift. You lead the daily work in production, follow up on deviations, and ensure that work is carried out according to current instructions, legislation, and internal standards.

Your main areas of responsibility:

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards and act on deviations.
• Lead and coordinate production across several areas during the shift.
• Be the first point of contact in the event of incidents and, if necessary, lead controlled evacuations.
• Ensure that routine maintenance is performed and documented, and support operators in the EWO process.
• Be responsible for staffing, competence planning, and the introduction of seasonal staff.
• Monitor consumption, losses, and prioritize improvement measures.
• Ensure correct documentation and work in systems such as BuildApp, CMMS, SAP, and Axxos.

Who are you?

You are a secure leader who enjoys responsibility and has the ability to maintain structure even in intense situations. You are solution-oriented, communicative, and have a strong focus on safety.

We expect you to have:

• Experience from production, preferably in a leadership role.
• The ability to lead, make decisions, and prioritize under time pressure.
• Good communication skills and experience in cross-functional collaboration.
• A structured way of working and good digital habits.
• The ability to act calmly and clearly in the event of risks and emergencies.
