About the Role

As a Project Manager, you have overall responsibility for leading production in your projects. You ensure that work is driven efficiently, structured, and with high quality – always focusing on time, budget, and customer satisfaction.

You are responsible for planning, resource allocation, and follow-up, while driving the project forward together with your team, subcontractors, and internal functions. The role also includes documentation and work with technical solutions and risk management within Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health and Safety (QES). Note! Business travel will be required!

  • Prepare invoicing documents for contracts and change orders

Completion & Follow-up

  • Follow up and develop customer relationships

We are looking for you who have

  • Relevant education in construction/civil engineering – or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Site Manager
  • Good knowledge of project management and QES work
  • Experience with budgeting, estimating, and resource planning
  • A structured and solution-oriented working style

Who are you?

You are a secure and engaged leader who thrives in a role where you take responsibility and make decisions. You have good communication skills and are skilled at building relationships – both internally and externally.

You are driven to create results together with your team and have a natural focus on quality, structure, and business.
