TSM, Security Guard and Traffic Marshal – Road Work in Sweden - Stockholm

Your Responsibilities

• Traffic Direction: Lead and direct traffic at road works according to current regulations and safety guidelines.
• Safety: Protect the work group by setting up and maintaining barriers and signals.
• Equipment: Place and manage signs, signals, and communication equipment.
• Marshalling: Drive escort vehicles and guide traffic safely through work areas.
• Reporting: Report deviations, accidents, or obstacles and participate in safety meetings.

We are looking for you who have

• Valid B driver's license (manual transmission).
• Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Are responsible, meticulous, and safety-conscious.
• Have good communication skills and enjoy teamwork.
• Can work calmly and methodically even in stressful situations.

Merits

• C Driver's License
• Completed "Work on Road" training

About the Position

• The position is an hourly contract.
• The work is mostly outdoors in varying weather and is physically demanding.
• Working hours are between 07:00-16:00, but evening and night shifts may occur.
• Company clothing and protective equipment are provided by Vägjobb.
• We follow the SEKO road and railway agreement.
