Job Description

We are looking for an experienced floor screeder/floor layer to join our team. In this role, you will work on the preparation and execution of flooring tasks, primarily floor screeding but also other types of flooring installation. The work includes subfloor preparation, leveling, application of floor screed, and ensuring high quality in the finished result. You will work both independently and as part of a team, often in close collaboration with other professionals on the construction site.

Education and Certifications

• Experience as a floor screeder/floor layer
• Relevant vocational training in construction is an advantage
• Driver's license (B) is an advantage
• Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards
• Any certifications in flooring or floor screeding are a plus

Personal Qualifications

Vocational certificate or relevant experience in concrete, such as formwork, reinforcement, and casting.

Salary and Employment Conditions

According to collective agreement (construction agreement).
