We are now looking, on behalf of S:t Eriks, for a dedicated and meticulous concrete worker for a full-time position who wants to be part of their production team and contribute to delivering high-quality products.

About the production in Hjällbo 

In our factory in Hjällbo, we manufacture utility products, primarily pipes and manhole rings, which are delivered to customers throughout Sweden. About 50 employees work here in one of six specialized factories within our Utility Division. There are also colleagues in Sales, Purchasing, Marketing, HR, and Logistics on-site – together we create solutions that last for generations. 

As a concrete worker, you will be responsible for manufacturing and processing concrete products with high precision and quality. The role also includes maintaining and cleaning equipment and contributing to a safe, structured, and well-organized work environment. Through close collaboration with your colleagues, you ensure that production runs efficiently and that our customers receive products of the highest quality.

Your tasks:

• Perform concrete casting for various constructions and products according to applicable drawings and specifications.
• Be responsible for ongoing maintenance and care of equipment and tools to ensure safe and efficient production.
• Actively contribute to increased availability, quality, and productivity in daily work.
• Actively participate in the company's improvement work, primarily within your own area of work and always within Health & Safety 

The position is full-time and working hours are scheduled during the day, Monday to Friday.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Previous experience in concrete casting and/or natural stone manufacturing is an advantage but not a requirement. We also welcome those who have a strong desire to learn and develop in the field. Having a forklift license, welding training, overhead crane, lift, and similar qualifications is also advantageous.

We place great importance on your personal qualities and are looking for someone who is driven and engaged in their work. You are a team player with good communication and collaboration skills with colleagues. Furthermore, you are meticulous and quality-conscious in your tasks while enjoying working at an efficient pace.

The work is physically demanding, and we therefore see that you enjoy working practically and using your body in your daily tasks.

You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
