Site Manager, Gothenburg

As a site manager at NYB, you play an important role in the daily production of projects. You work closely with the site manager and are responsible for planning, leading, and following up on the operational work at the construction site. You are a central link between craftsmen, subcontractors, and project management, ensuring that work flows according to plan. With us, you work within contracting and construction services.

Main responsibilities:

• Plan, lead, and distribute daily work in production
• Ensure that work is performed according to schedule and set goals
• Coordinate skilled workers and subcontractors on site
• Follow up on quality, work environment, and safety in daily work
• Participate in construction meetings and maintain ongoing dialogue with the site manager and other stakeholders
• Contribute to an efficient and well-functioning workplace

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• Experience as a site manager or skilled worker with leadership responsibilities in construction
• Good technical understanding of construction and experience in production
• Knowledge of work environment and safety work (meritorious with BAS-U/BAS-P)
• Good collaboration skills and an engaged working approach
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Driving license B
