We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager in construction who wants to drive exciting ROT (Renovation, Repair, and Maintenance) projects in Gothenburg and the surrounding area – from the first sketch to the finished result.

About the Role

As a Site Manager, you will play a key role in leading projects with a focus on quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You are responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the construction process, ensuring that work flows smoothly from start to finish.

Your main areas of responsibility:

• Project Management: Drive and follow up on ROT projects in all phases – from planning to completion.
• Leadership: Support, motivate, and develop skilled workers and subcontractors.
• Quality and Economics: Ensure projects are delivered with high quality, on time, and within budget.
• Customer Relations: Build trust-based and long-term relationships with customers and partners.

Who Are You?
