Lager 157 is currently seeking an engaged and results-oriented Project Manager Expansion who wants to help shape the future of our stores. In this role, you will be a key player in our expansion efforts, responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to our high standards.

About the Role

As Project Manager for Expansion, you will be responsible for the entire construction process, from planning and execution to final inspection and handover. You will work closely with architects, contractors, and internal teams to ensure our stores meet both our design requirements and local regulations.

The position involves travel, both nationally and internationally, and requires a solution-oriented individual with practical experience in construction management and an eye for detail. You will report to the Head of Expansion and be part of a dynamic team where collaboration and proactive leadership are central.

Responsibilities

• Project Management: Develop and monitor project plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Contractor and Supplier Management: Negotiate, contract, and coordinate with partners.
• Site Management: Ensure quality and safety standards on-site through daily supervision.
• Procurement: Responsible for planning, ordering, and delivery of construction materials.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections and ensure projects meet Lager 157's standards.

Who We Are Looking For

• Experience in project management within construction or retail.
• Structured and self-driven with strong problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Communicative and enjoy leading and collaborating with various stakeholders.
• Flexible and ready for business travel.
