Your Role

We are currently looking for a driven site manager with the ambition to grow into a site manager role for Northern Bohuslän and the surrounding area, who wants to help further develop our operations. You will lead production, be responsible for personnel, finances, and scheduling, and serve as the company's face to customers and partners. You will report directly to the Business Area Manager and have significant opportunities to influence both working methods and business operations.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone with several years of experience leading civil engineering projects and a solid background in earthworks and/or civil engineering work. You are confident in managing project finances, schedules, and resources and thrive in a role where you take significant personal responsibility.

As a person, you are solution-oriented, proactive, and clear in your communication. You build trust with both employees and customers and are motivated by creating well-functioning teams and profitable projects. A B-class driver's license is a requirement.
