Your role

As a Site Manager with us, you will receive great trust and a high degree of freedom. You will drive your projects independently – from start to finish – and lead your work team with the support of engaged colleagues and foremen. Here, you have the opportunity to truly influence both working methods and results.

You will report directly to the Operations Manager and become a key person in our continued development.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a few years of experience in driving construction projects who thrives in an environment where team spirit and responsibility go hand in hand. You are used to leading both people and projects, have good economic understanding, and a practical grasp of the work.

You are a person who:

• Enjoys collaborating and being close to your work team.
• Has the ability to plan, structure, and remain flexible at the same time.
• Is solution-oriented and confident in your decisions.
• Wants to join a smaller company where your contributions are noticed and appreciated.

A Class B driver's license is a requirement.
