Project Manager with Full P&L Responsibility

We are looking for a driven Project Manager who takes full responsibility for the results of assigned projects and collaborating subcontractors (UE). You combine leadership, attention to detail, and business acumen to deliver profitability, on-time delivery, and high quality. Personal fit is crucial – you create motivation, structure, and an effective team in a flat organization with short decision-making paths.

What you do:

• Plan and lead projects from handover to completion
• Responsible for profitability, capital utilization, as well as time, quality, and costs
• Planning and follow-up of estimates, schedules, and procurement in consultation with the purchasing manager
• Lifting plans, BAS-P/BAS-U, subcontractor management, and construction meetings
• Finance: forecasts, financial meetings, ÄTA management, invoicing
• Documentation, archiving, and project documentation
• Personnel responsibility and work environment responsibility
• Follow-up and action plans to achieve goals, reporting to the business area manager
• Other tasks required for project progress and quality
• Driver's license B and occasional regional travel

Qualifications:

• Industry experience in contracting/construction and documented project management
• Technical construction knowledge, BAS-P/BAS-U
• Leadership skills and communication
• Basic administrative competence; construction law (AB04, ABT06) and project economics
• Ability to work according to processes and improve workflows
• Driver's license B; local travel within the region
