We are looking for a summer substitute

For our Home Care service, we are currently seeking a Resource Coordinator to cover the absence of regular staff. Home Care is part of the Health and Social Care Administration. Here, nurse assistants, care assistants, and three unit managers work together.

Do you enjoy working both in a team and independently? Do you want to be an important part of the daily work within home care? If the answer is yes, we encourage you to submit your application directly!

Job Responsibilities

The job involves planning interventions according to the Social Services Act and the Health and Medical Services Act, which entails ongoing contact with social workers, home healthcare services, as well as through CosmicLink and the hospital. You will also maintain ongoing contact with relatives, users, colleagues, and unit managers. Part of the work consists of schedule planning.

During daytime hours, Monday to Friday, we receive all security alarms from Älvdalen Municipality and contact staff as needed.

We work with LifeCare, the payroll portal, and CosmicLink.

Who are we looking for?

To thrive in this role, you take responsibility for your tasks and plan, organize, and prioritize work efficiently. You see the big picture and the best interests of the organization. You collaborate well with others, have the ability to understand someone else's situation without taking over their emotions, and are calm, attentive, and approachable in your interactions.

Previous experience in home care is an asset.

You have a high school education, good computer skills, a B-class driver's license, and a good command of the Swedish language. You should have experience in coordination and staff planning.

Good to know

You will work Monday to Friday.

Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis.
