ABOUT THE POSITION

We at Kura Omsorg are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant for our client in Vännäs. We offer a casual hourly position with the opportunity to work during the day, evening, night, and weekends – so you can choose the times that suit you best.

The working hours are scheduled as follows:

• 08:00–14:15

• 14:15–21:00

• 21:00–08:00

Start date is by agreement, and we would prefer that you can begin the introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our client is a bubbly 6-year-old girl with a sparkle in her eye. The workplace is located at her home, where she lives with her two mothers and siblings. As an assistant, you will be part of an adventure full of play, joy, and energy!

The tasks mainly consist of nursing care and monitoring oxygenation. We have clear written routines and support tools, and you will always work in pairs with a colleague during each shift to ensure the best possible care.

You and your colleagues are important for her development. Together, you will help her with daily exercises and communication, contributing to her joy and growth. She loves adventures, swinging, and reading books – so prepare for days filled with playfulness, learning, and fun discoveries!

ARE YOU THE ONE WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a warm and engaged assistant who is fond of children, attentive, and responsible. It is an advantage if you have previous experience, both from working life and life in general, that you can bring to the role. The tasks require you to maintain focus and be meticulous in the various activities.

Since you will be working in a large team, good collaboration skills are an important attribute. We also expect you to be flexible and willing to step in with short notice when colleagues are absent.

Employment level: Casual hourly position.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with collective agreements.

If you are to work with children and young people under 18 years of age, you are required to present an extract from the criminal register. From March 1, 2026, new regulations will apply, meaning that the register check will cover both the criminal register extract and the suspicion register extract. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Please note that processing times may vary, so orders should be made well in advance.
