Fridegårdsgymnasiet is a calm and safe school that works hard to create a positive school culture. We offer academic programs, vocational programs, AST-adapted programs, introductory programs, and adapted upper secondary education. The school is centrally located in Bålsta and has approximately 550 students.

Your Responsibilities

You will teach Swedish Sign Language (SSL) for hearing students as part of the individual choice curriculum within the Child Care and Leisure Activities program.

You will collaborate with engaged, knowledgeable, and unpretentious colleagues who truly want to make a difference and have great conditions to do good work.

Fridegårdsgymnasiet aims to be a school with good relationships and a focus on a positive school culture. Within the Child Care and Leisure Activities program, the work team places great importance on the school's entire educational mission and has a well-developed and close collaboration regarding the students.

There are well-functioning routines regarding collaboration with the school's student health team. Mentors and teaching teachers participate and discuss various student cases and pedagogical issues together with all professions within the student health team.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with good knowledge of Swedish Sign Language. It is an asset if you have a teaching license and experience in teaching.

The position is temporary with a scope of 20%.
