Eccera continues to grow in Gävle and the surrounding area, and we are now seeking several IT Support Technicians for upcoming and ongoing assignments with some of our clients.

Your Responsibilities
As an IT Support Technician, you will assist users with their daily IT-related challenges.
The role may vary depending on the assignment, but common tasks include:
- Handling incoming cases via phone, email, and ticketing systems
- Troubleshooting issues in Windows environments and various applications
- Administering user accounts and permissions in systems such as Active Directory
- Working in Microsoft 365 environments (Outlook, Teams, etc.)
- Providing pedagogical support and guidance to users
- Participating in improvement initiatives and contributing to a stable IT environment
Assignments can be either onsite or within a service desk, depending on the client.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in IT who is motivated by helping others. You are service-oriented, pedagogical, and maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with users. As a person, you are curious, solution-oriented, and thrive in a role where you take responsibility for your cases while collaborating with colleagues. You possess strong communication skills and can adapt your explanation of technical concepts based on the audience.
Requirements:
- Approximately 1 year of experience in IT support
- Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365
- Experience with troubleshooting in client environments
- Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing
Merits:
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, or Intune
- Experience working in a service desk or onsite support
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Efecte, or similar)
