• You develop and further develop backend services in Java or Kotlin with Spring.
• You participate in the entire development process, from analysis and design to implementation, testing, and maintenance.
• You work closely with the business to translate needs into robust and sustainable solutions.
• You contribute to high quality through structured work with testing and careful delivery.
• You share knowledge and experiences continuously as a natural part of the team's daily routine.
• You help ensure the stability of business-critical applications, which on rare occasions may involve work outside regular working hours.

• At least 5 years of experience developing backend services in the Spring framework with Java or Kotlin.
• Documented experience working with relational databases.
• Documented experience working with automated testing.
• Good habit of working in agile development teams.
• Ability to work on-site two days a week.
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not permitted).

• Experience with frontend development in Angular or similar frameworks.
• Experience with DevOps work.
• Experience with container technology such as OpenShift, Kubernetes, or Docker.
