We are now recruiting IT consultants for our office in Gävle. Here you will have the opportunity to strengthen and further develop existing customer relationships in a group with significant development potential.

About the role

As an IT consultant, you work as support for employees and customers. Our offering includes everything related to the digital workplace. As an IT consultant at InfraCom, you work on system improvements, operation, and maintenance of product applications (M365) in our customers' IT environments, as well as within cloud, hybrid, and on-premises solutions, both client and server. The role can be adapted to the right person.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Identify and resolve customer-facing challenges within IT and infrastructure.
• Microsoft 365 administration (Office 365, Intune, SharePoint, etc.).
• Documentation and administration in our IT systems.
• Strengthen and further develop existing customer relationships.

Your profile

We believe you have a genuine interest in IT with a few years of experience working with computers, networks, and peripheral equipment, and we would appreciate it if you had relevant education in the field. As a person, you have a natural commitment to IT and are therefore involved and driven in the work you do, both with colleagues and with customers.

We see that you are service-oriented, well-organized, and meticulous, as well as being a flexible person who adapts easily to different situations.

We will place great emphasis on personality fit.

Specific competencies we are looking for

• At least 2 years of experience as a Support Technician or IT Consultant.
• Operating system Windows.
• Microsoft 365 administration.
• It is a requirement that you can express yourself well in both speech and writing in Swedish and English, as the role involves many internal and external contacts.
• Category B driver's license.

Meritorious qualifications

• Mac knowledge.
• Experience working in a Helpdesk.
• Network knowledge.
• Windows Server administration.
• Good knowledge of Azure.
• Good knowledge of cloud, hybrid, and on-premises solutions, both client and server.
• Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Good knowledge of networking and related technology.
