As a UX Designer for our client, you will work directly with a global web team. You will co-create solutions together with developers, technical specialists, and business stakeholders. The role requires both independence and strong teamwork skills, as well as the ability to navigate confidently in a complex B2B and industrial context.

In this position, you are employed as a consultant and work at one of our clients' premises. The planned start date for the assignment is after the summer, initially for 6 months with good prospects for extension.

Responsibilities

• User Research & Insights: Plan and conduct user studies, and transform complex insights into concrete concepts and value-creating products.
• Concept & Prototyping: Create everything from wireframes to high-fidelity UI in Figma to simulate and validate end products.
• Facilitation: Lead workshops, ideation sessions, and design sprints with a calm and secure presence that engages the team.
• Design Systems & Accessibility: Work with, maintain, and further develop our design systems with a strong focus on accessible and sustainable design.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is curious, communicative, and confident in their professional role. You are a humble team player who is happy to help others but also dares to ask for support when needed. You have a pedagogical approach and can explain complex ideas in a simple and inclusive manner to various stakeholders.

Since we operate in a flexible and global environment, you are skilled at handling parallel tasks and communicate fluently in English.

• At least 5 years of professional experience working as a UX Designer – UX is truly your core competency.
• Degree in Engineering, higher education in design in a relevant field, or equivalent knowledge acquired through work experience.
• Practical experience with Figma.
• Fluent English and Swedish in both speech and writing.

Preferred Qualifications

• AI Tools: A strong interest in and practical experience using AI to streamline the design process (e.g., in research synthesis, ideation, or content creation).
• Accessibility: Documented experience with practical work on WCAG implementation.
• Technical Understanding: Basic understanding of frontend development and how design is translated into code.
• Systems & Platforms: Experience with Kontent.ai or similar headless CMS platforms.
• Industry Experience: Experience with B2B e-commerce solutions and/or work within the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
