About the assignment

We are looking for an IT Support Technician for our client in Sandviken for a consultancy assignment estimated to start on 22/6/2026 and run until 30/11/2026. There is also an opportunity for extension. The position is 100% and you will work at the client's office in Sandviken.

Your responsibilities

The focus of this assignment covers work in both first and second-line support, handling support via phone, email, and sometimes direct contact with the user on-site at the office.

Examples of responsibilities:

• User support via phone, email, remote control, and on-site.
• Troubleshooting, prioritizing, and resolving incoming tickets for PCs/clients, mobile devices, networks, systems, and applications.
• Account and permission administration, as well as troubleshooting various communication issues.
• Ensuring correct documentation of tickets.
• Following procedures for ticket management and incident handling.
• Suggesting and implementing continuous improvements in the area.

Your qualifications

• Basic knowledge of the Windows platform and M365.
• Good troubleshooting skills in a Windows environment and on PCs with peripheral equipment and printers.
• Experience with support for mobile devices.
• Experience with account management and permission administration in MIM and Active Directory.
• Basic knowledge of networking and hardware.
• Good documentation skills.
• Requirement for good Swedish language skills and good communication. Good social skills and ability to learn.
• Natural aptitude for support where customer focus is a natural part of your working style.
• Ability to provide at least one reference assignment within a similar role.

Meritorious

• One year of experience in similar tasks.
