About the Workplace

Team Aktiv Primary Care Rehabilitation has been providing rehabilitation services to the population of Hässelby-Vällingby since 1995.

The team consists of physiotherapists, specialist physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and dietitians – a total of 12 professionals who jointly develop and manage the operations while supporting one another.

We are currently seeking a physiotherapist with an interest in primary care who wants to join our team and contribute to a workplace where everyone can grow, thrive, and provide high-quality care to patients.

Responsibilities

Working in primary care means you will treat patients of all ages with a wide range of diagnoses. This ensures that the work is highly varied and constantly evolving. While we strive for all team members to be capable of handling most patient cases and diagnoses, there is also the opportunity to specialize in areas of personal interest, provided it benefits our patients. The role involves both diagnostics and treatment, carried out either at our clinic or in patients' homes. When necessary, we collaborate in multidisciplinary teams consisting of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and dietitians. You will plan your work independently in collaboration with the rest of the team. As a physiotherapist, you play a vital role in the rehabilitation of our patients.

Qualifications

You must be a licensed physiotherapist (sjukgymnast/fysioterapeut) in Sweden with excellent Swedish language skills. Experience working in primary care and familiarity with the Take Care medical record system are considered assets.

You must hold a B-class driver's license (manual transmission).

Since we work in patients' homes, you must be comfortable in environments with pets/fur-bearing animals and not be sensitive to smoke odors.
