The Health and Care Administration provides service, support, care, and assistance to the elderly and people with disabilities, and is responsible for regulatory activities according to applicable legislation. The administration operates within elderly care, LSS, social psychiatry, health care, support for relatives, and regulatory activities. All work is performed with the resident in focus, based on the value foundation of respect, participation, trust, and safety. JOB DESCRIPTION

Work-oriented daily activities according to LSS are embarking on an exciting development journey.

As support along the way, we are now looking for an operations manager who can be a driving force in our development work by broadening and deepening the opportunities for meaningful employment for our participants and strengthening the pedagogical work in our operations.

The role includes leading and driving the operational development within our work-oriented daily activities, in close collaboration with the unit manager and staff groups. The focus is on strengthening the user perspective, supporting and guiding the staff, and creating good conditions for a more meaningful and individualized employment.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is an occupational therapist and has solid experience with the target group. To succeed in the role, you need to have a good understanding of municipal conditions and decision-making processes, as well as good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

You are collaborative and unpretentious, easily adaptable, and create win-win solutions with a focus on the common goal: to contribute to meaningfulness for the target group and good conditions for the staff's work. You have a strong analytical ability and solve problems with both a holistic perspective and an understanding of complex connections. At the same time, you are results-oriented and goal-driven, pushing development with clarity, forward-thinking, and a focus on quality and simplicity.
