Job responsibilities

The position involves standard work as a clinic nurse. You plan your visits in consultation with other colleagues in the team and work from a shared list of our patients. Daily advice and appointment booking in Teleq and chat. The unit is located at Handens Hospital. We have approximately 21,500 registered patients, of which 160 are within home healthcare. Collaboration with other healthcare providers such as municipalities, relatives, and inpatient care is important to us and is part of the daily work.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse.
• Experience in primary care and familiarity with the journal systems Take Care, Life Care, Teleq, chat, and interest in diabetes is an advantage.

Personal qualities

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. We are looking for someone who is positive and can take responsibility. You see solutions, are flexible, enjoy working in a team, and have good prioritization skills. Interest in patients with disabilities is an advantage.

Temporary position for 1 year.
