Job Responsibilities:

Do you want to make a real difference as a dietitian? With us at Solna Sundbyberg Rehab, you will be an important part of the rehabilitation of patients of all ages, from children with allergies or selective eating to the elderly with complex nutritional needs.

As a dietitian with us, you will work with patients who have lifestyle-related diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, obesity, as well as gastrointestinal diseases, malnutrition, and allergies/intolerances. Your work will include:

• Assessment, treatment, and counseling both at the clinic and during home visits within home rehabilitation
• Leading groups together with other professionals, such as osteoarthritis and lifestyle schools

Work Methods:

• Clinic Visits: Meet patients at our clinic for individual consultations
• Home Visits: Visit patients in their homes to provide personal and tailored care
• Group Visits: Lead and participate in group sessions for patients with similar needs
• Video Visits: Conduct consultations and follow-ups via video link
• Phone Calls: Provide support and counseling over the phone

Employment Form:

Permanent employment, full-time 100%. A probationary period may apply. Start date according to agreement.

Qualifications:

• Licensed dietitian, preferably with experience from primary care and/or home rehabilitation
• It is a plus if you have experience documenting in the Take Care journal system
• You are confident in your profession with a good ability to work independently and are good at collaborating with other professionals
• You are interested in driving development and improvement work
• A valid driver's license is required

Since we work in patients' homes, you must be able to tolerate environments with pets and not be sensitive to smoke odors.
